1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Malaysia: Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

2. Shipping charges

Orders are sent through EasyParcel with a Malaysian courier such as Pos Malaysia, J&T Express, SPX Xpress or Best Express. The shipping charge is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your order, and is shown to you before you pay.

3. Processing time

  • Items in stock: packed and handed to the courier within 3 working days of payment.
  • Pre-orders for Mindset Orang Cina: the pre-order runs from 26 October to 9 November 2026. Pre-orders start shipping after 9 November 2026, and we will email you when your order is on its way.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items are shipped together when the pre-order item is ready, unless we tell you otherwise.

4. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days within Peninsular Malaysia and 4 to 7 working days to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. These are courier estimates and may be longer during public holidays, peak seasons or bad weather.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped we will email you the courier name and tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

6. Address and delivery problems

  • Please check your delivery address and phone number before paying. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can only change it before the parcel is shipped.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will help, in line with our Refund Policy.
